Strategic Mission
By June 30, 2016, SCOE Child/Family Services will be recognized as the
leader in our service area for continuously improving and achieving
excellence in early education and child care programs.
This will be accomplished through:
increasing our collaboration with the community;
implementing systems and processes needed to support effective
operations and prepare us for future opportunities;
developing and providing support to staff to maximize their full
potential.
We will maintain an operating budget at or
above 2011-2012 levels by focusing on procuring alternate funding
sources and identifying and taking advantage of opportunities that
present themselves.
