DEVELOPING PROFESSIONALS

A highly trained and educated staff is the cornerstone of Child & Family
Services. To continue to develop staff skills, no matter the position, Child
& Family Services funds a robust variety of professional development
opportunities. Professional development opportunities are offered to
early education professionals, including independent, contracted family
child care home providers, in Stanislaus County and across the seven other
counties where programs are operated. One fourth of those offerings are
available for the general public to attend.
